  2. Two things. 1. $1 trillion is around 6% of our GDP. Healthcare is 16% of GDP. 2. Shapiro has a point on slaves. If you make healthcare a right it is like jury duty. You have a right to a trial by a jury of your peers. If you are called for jury duty and refuse you go to jail.

  3. Chance, you are missing the point. If you have a degree in medicine you can work as fry cook at a McDonalds if you want. However, if the government summons you to serve others and you can't make an excuses, then you go to jail. Same with jury duty. I can make the excuse that I do not have an MD degree. Someone with an MD degree can't. "To prioritize the people who are dying" Many times you do not know that until you do other tests.
