  1. We stopped slavery through an amendment.  You don't have a right to marriage. While I disagree with Thomas's vote and feel that he is wrong on the constitutional ruling he did have a good argument. What you define as "wrong" is subjective.  I can easily say that having the government involved in marriage is wrong.  Using subjective words such as "wrong" and "moral" and "ethical" doesn't support your case.

  2. Tom Manfrede Politics, look at Kagan and Sotomayor. SC is electing on party lines. Instead of upholding the constitution they are going political here.
