  2. It is fascist because you are enforcing your belief onto others. The idea of state rights, well one of the ideas, is that there really isn't one correct role for government. It can vary all across the world. That is the issue the founding fathers ran into which is why they established it. States governed themselves within the confines of the constitution. In some areas they do have to deal with bears at schools. I was at a high school last fall and while walking around there was a bear on the campus. So her reasoning is not without logic. But going against state rights is forcing your ideas on other states when the citizens there don't want it to begin with.

  5. Kyle, your gun talking points are asinine. To answer your first question, guns in every school would lead to a lower body count. If a child snaps and steals the gun than that guard is worthless and needs to be fired. But, look at where most of these shootings happen, in gun free zones. If the guard snaps than we might as well be saying why have cops with guns? Why allow teachers access to chemicals because they can snap and make a bomb. Kyle, you are looking incredibly dumb here. Saying there are more gun there are more gun violence, well where there are more cars there are more car accidents. Seems like your mind shut down Kyle.

  6. There is a legit point there. Go to schools in areas such as the Tahoe area, there are bears in that area that sometimes go on the school's property. But in all I agree with her, this should be left up to the states since, guess what, states run the K-12 education. As far as being on incident, I was at South Lake Tahoe High School the other day. There was a bear on campus and that is a school you have to go outside to go from class to class at times. So laugh it up, it does happen.

So no, CA can't open their borders as that deals with foreign affairs. There are restrictions on all governments via the constitution (that is what the constitution did, restrict government). For example, states can't create an import and export tax. The duties of the federal government are listed in the constitution, the rest goes to the states.

  9. I feel people need a slight lesson on the design of this country. The Constitution listed what the federal government's role in the country were and their power. It was limited which is the design of the constitution, limit government. What the federal government was not responsible for the states were. You can find the constitution online. All of your questions are answered there.

  11. Ok, what about CA? South Lake Tahoe HS had a bear on their campus one time when I was on it walking to my car in the parking lot. It happens a lot there. In fact, one showed up during a football game.
