  4. +Tawnku Imi-Uru Chances are if they are too young to vote then they don't have a job, or a high paying job thus don't pay much, if at all, taxes. Chances are they don't own much property either. I would say they are not exposed to a lot of what is going on in society. People change politically the older they get. Even with that I am just stating a fact. If they don't like how a state is being ran then they can move. If not now then in the future.
