@GordieKat , it won't happen because things are better under Trump.

Wow, one handful of people. That does not represent the norm.

@flacsa636 , true, plus the strong economy. Bernie is really being tested because the Trump economy is doing well with Trump doing the opposite of what Bernie wants.
2
@GordieKat , wages are up, unemployment is down, worker participation is going up . Many signs point to a stronger economy.

That is true. This is a case of specific people and does not represent the norm. As for climate change, how are these low skilled workers going to work in that field?

@opinionatedape5895 , true. Also, do those people want to be re-trained? People on the left are wanting a centralized approach to these issues where they try to fix it when these issues are way more complex.

He isn't forcing anything. He is berating them.

@pbcoop62 , factor in cost of living, you get a different story.

@pbcoop62 , also, WA is right leaning. Low taxes on the rich and low regulations.

His success. I had my doubts as well but I can't deny results.

@jeremiahbarnes6313 , many reasons. Mainly that there is way too much dirt on Bernie and that the economy is doing well with Trump doing the opposite of what Bernie wants. Look at the Fox Town Hall. Bernie is being pushed on his ideas and he just resorts to talking points. In 2016 people gave him a pass because of the state of the nation, but now with the economy improving, and some of the dirt being released on Bernie as he becomes more well known, he is being challenged and when that happens be sounds like an angry old socialist with nothing but talking points. For example, when asked in the town hall why doesn't he donate some of his money his response was why didn't the person asking him the question donate some of her money? It is a fair question. Bernie feels the rich should pay more. He made over a million one year. Why doesn't he donate some of his money to a charity and lead by example? Or when asked about paying higher taxes he asked about Trump's tax returns. He was avoiding answering the questions. Another example was in the debate against Cruz on healthcare. When the business owners from TX asked him a question Bernie simply said that he didn't know. That isn't completely wrong, but he had no desire to try to understand her situation. Bernie will be pushed now considering the radical ideas he wants to impose and the fact that the economy is doing well under Trump. He won't be able to handle it and moderates will not vote for him.

@jeremiahbarnes6313 ,to add, Bernie in 2016 had a similar approach to that of Trump. He preached about how people are struggling and he wants to help. A big flaw was that he was promising radical ideas that did leave doubt in people's minds. But now people are better off under Trump. Why change the system? Thus Bernie's ideas will be pressed and he can't defend them.
