  1. Not really wise to force this for a few reasons. 1. It kills part time and temp jobs 2. Some jobs are filled with people who are not educated nor have the desire to make important decisions for the company. For example, do you want some teenager making important decisions for the company they work for?

  5. Because many jobs are done by uneducated people who don't hold much stock in the company. Issues like this has been studied in the past and some data suggest it doesn't work. Consider this, do you want some part time employee at McDonalds making decisions for them?
