  1. Kyle's second argument is asinine. You are born a man or a woman. I don't care what you think you are. So can I say I feel like I am a bald eagle and be considered endangered? This is dumb. You can't change your sex.

  2. Kyle's first argument about something not happening is stupid. So we should not speculate at all about things? The republican mindset on this is the same as the democrat mindset on guns. Create background checks to prevent criminals from getting guns to begin with. Prevent people from abusing the system and taking advantage of it. Sure law abiding citizens suffer, but it is designed to prevent certain actions. Kyle is being a hypocrite here.

  3. Anti-discrimination laws are pointless. We have the 14th amendment. Learn the constitution folks. Governments can discriminate, private businesses can.
