  2.  @thegiftedteacher  , the problem is that most talking heads out there, like Kyle, are not experts, they are entertainers. As much as I may agree with Owens or Shapiro I don't go to them for complete information, I go to actual experts. Most people, though, don't. They want to be entertained, not informed. That goes for the fans of Owens and the fans of Kyle. They rather watch a guy give talking points.

  14.  @logroll2353  , it isn't so much that he lies but more of that he is deceptive. Sure, he may give a source but he is very deceptive in doing so. Healthcare is the worse. He constantly cites the 45,000 deaths study and says that number is zero in other nations. That is not true. Amenable mortality is an issue in every nation. Economics he is just as bad. He screams about how 50% of wage earners earn $30,000 or less while leaving out many other variables in doing so.
