  4.  @korhashamo  , I understand. My point is that it goes beyond simply the fact that all of the judges were picked by a republican. There is an actual legal, non partisan reason for it. My issue with the far left, like Kyle and his fans, is that they feel their ideas are simple and correct, and that any opposing viewpoints are simply due to either ignorance or corruption. In this case he feels it is due to corruption where in reality there is more to it than that.

  6. They aren't wrong in this case. Foreign politicians stay in Trump's hotels. Now prove there is a political advantage in that case. You can't. Maybe they stayed in the hotel because Trump gave them a deal.

  7. Also, the courts are arguing that the people pressing the charges are not being directly harmed enough. The people pushing the case are pushing for a broad interpretation of the emoluments clause. The courts won't address that, they need something ore detailed and specifics. it is similar to this, if I were to say "I hope you die" and the next day you die in a car accident and I were to be charged with murder. The courts will dismiss that.
