  1. PJ Indy, 46 republicans still voted yes. Just because 5 said no does not mean anything. There will always be people who will disagree with their party. 5 out of 51 is not bad. Democrats do not care. The democrats have refused to work with republicans for years now. People know this which is why the current democrats are a dying party.
