  1. With speeding you are potentially putting other people's live in danger.  No different than using a gun to kill someone and claiming the 2nd amendment.  You can't take rights away from others in favor of your rights.

  3. iamsobanned I agree that if a state recognizes marriage they should recognize gay marriage according to the 14th amendment. Abortion isn't a right covered in the constitution.

Child labor is no longer an issue because we are a developed society.  Parents are naturally going to put their children in a position to succeed the best.  If not than maybe child labor for those kids are the best because they have shit parents.  They can learn life quickly and work in not having their children be placed in a crap situation.
