  3. What liberal policies? Here is one, the min. wage. Before the min. wage black teen unemployment was on par with white teen. Prof. Walter Williams said that it was actually lower. After the passage of the min. wage black teen unemployment was higher than white teen and has never gotten close. Friedman said the most anti-negro law on the books is the min. wage. And to claim that the min. wage, by definition, raises wages is false. Your wage is dropped if you don't get a job.
