What Kyle said at the beginning isn't true.  I never heard of liberal talking heads use the 14th amendment to push for gay marriage.  All I heard was how it is a right when marriage isn't a right.  Equality in the eyes of the law is a right, marriage isn't.  I have been saying this all along, go with the constitution.  Isn't it amazing what happens when you actually follow the entire constitution instead of screaming asinine statements about what you think is a right and what isn't.
