He has a point.  You raise the min. wage then you have a set of people who can't get a job.  They are people who are low skilled and are a disadvantage and they then become worse off.  They have no job, no money thus they look for help. Due to the lack of knowledge and experience they look for help at the federal government thus the left now has a way to buy votes.  There is a legit argument Beck is making there.  You are making more people dependent on the government thus the government gets more power. There isn't one good reason to even have a min. wage.  I have seen proposal from Warren and Sanders on college debt.  One, Sanders was completely bias on the issue.  Another, just giving away college for free isn't going to help.  Several college students will not be happy with a "free" college because now that degree is worth as much as a high school diploma.
