  1.  @MrInuhanyou123 , regulations make it harder for smaller companies to compete. Only the large ones can compete as they have the resources. This law won't stop big banks. They will just diversify into smaller companies and ship the money offshore. If Bernie tries to stop that they will just leave.

  6.  @irek1394 , it is. Anyway, monopolies exist mainly due to government regulations and taxes. Bernie supports a monopoly, just the one he supports is government.

  8. "Split up" is vague. They can split up into smaller companies that are still connected in some way. Also, just because a company is successful does not mean we should break it up. That is similar to stopping people from getting PhD because they are too educated.
