  2. True. M4A essentially, at the slowest rate, places people on it in 4 years. Is 4 years enough time to train these people to work new jobs? Find them a place to live? Figure out the changes in the economy? That is a legit concern that Bernie and his fan base seem to continue to ignore.

  3. Yes. Saying "free to the point of service" begs the question of what type of service? Medicare has lower payout rates and thus, naturally, you will receive less care.

  4. No. In fact, wages will go down. Why? Because to pay for M4A payroll taxes will go up. If wages go up the company has to pay a higher payroll tax. Thus wages may go up some, but not by 30%. A major reason a company offers benefits is because it is a tax free way to pay employees.

  5. The alternative is based on the potential survival rates. If you want lower costs in healthcare you have to play the game of statistics in saying that Person X is less likely to live than Person Y, thus Person Y gets care and Person X dies.
