  2. He isn't wrong. Within each group there will be people that will see raises. The tax code is being simplified to where there are only a few brackets. Within each bracket there will be people who will see taxes go up. But as a whole each bracket will see taxes decrease. My taxes are going up, I don't care because this tax code is simplified.

He loses, buys a third home and makes a million off of his book sales that he sold in Walmart. What is he going to do with that money? Donate it to charity? Doubt it.

  6. Not true. What he said is correct. As a whole each bracket will see a decrease. In each bracket there will be people who will see an increase, but they are not the norm. For example, my taxes will go up even though I am in the lower tax bracket. I don't mind as the overall code is simplified and in the end I will be better off financially. Also, my situation is not the norm for my tax bracket as most in my bracket will see a decrease.
