Just a Lurker Interstate commerce involved if a business in one state was, in a negative way, effecting another state beyond the control of that state than the federal government would step in and stop it. An example would be if Missouri were to have a factory that polluted the water that ran by Arkansas. And the pollution level exceeded Arkansas's pollution laws, than the federal government would step in and tell MO to take actions.
