  2. What is nature what is nurture? Many are religious and lean one way political due to how they were raised. It is hard to change that mentality. Also, to a degree one can argue being gay requires an action. Yes, you are born in a way to be sexually attracted to another person of the same sex. But on the surface, unless you are wearing your sexuality on your sleeve, who will know?

  5. There is no hypocrisy on the right. Most on the right oppose discrimination, but they support a company's freedom to do it. Compare it to free speech and the KKK. I support the KKK's right to free speech. I do not support their message. Here, the right, including me, support the company's ability to do this. They do not support them doing it in general. Difference between supporting the freedom and supporting the actual action.
