People understand that. We have to allow it to happen gradually. The problem is that the political left with higher taxes and regulations force automation to happen faster and drives these jobs out quicker hurting people currently working them. What we should do is allow the market to phase them out and have younger people work on becoming engineers. Technology has always replaced jobs, but it also created new ones. When the tractor replaced the farmer people went to the factories. Now they will work in tech jobs.

Adan, every politicians says they will bring jobs back. It isn't going to happen. But as I said, government can created an environment to alleviate the bleeding out of jobs. Yes, those jobs will leave. But we don't perturb the system to make it happen faster.
