  4. Deceptive. You will still have the money in the account, the bank only holds onto 10% off their reserves for cases of loaning it or paying off debts. But the people will still have the money in their accounts. I also find the irony of Kyle citing Shock Doctrine. That book was terrible as she was calling crony capitalism capitalism where it is not. Also, taking a disaster to justify government expansion is what far leftist like Kyle does.
