Prophet , it is not centralized to demand completely replacing established systems that work well.
"For government ran healthcare system, I assume you mean government funded of a private service since that is the topic in the States. If that's radical left, why does the Conservative Party of Canada support public funded healthcare? "
For the same reasons why most in the US don't want M4A and every attempt to pass universal healthcare has failed. It is radical to completely dismantle and replace the Canadian system. Instead, they took small steps to approach it, like allowing private programs to exist. There is a desire to improve the US system, but as a whole it is strong in many ways. So we should make minor improvements, not completely tear down and replace.
Problem is that you are so far left that anything slightly to the right to you is center. Asking to completely tear down any system is radical. For example, as a moderate I feel Medicare and SS are unconstitutional. However, I will never push to completely dismantle them as I know people now depend on it. A far right idea is to dismantle them just like a far left idea is to dismantle our current healthcare system and switch to a centralized, government ran system.
