Jan. 6 was a one time event by people who were angry at the government and went to a government building. BLM were months of rioting that supposedly were mad at policing but then burnt down private businesses that had nothing to do with policing.

Someone gets it here, I am a little shocked. But yeah, for years the talk was that Russia interfered with the 2016 election. But when Trump and his supporters suggest the 2020 election was stolen the democrats just dismiss it.

You are wrong in many ways. To start, they were BLM riots. And before you go on the whole "mostly peaceful" route, BLM nor those supporting them condemned the riots. Maybe some did, but they were not loud enough. You have Maxine Waters telling people to get more confrontational and the Mayor of Portland standing by the riots. Next, a big problem of BLM is that they jump to conclusions way too early. Look at Jakob Blake. They immediately rioted and claimed it was injustice when evidence showed it was not. With George Floyd people were immediately jumping to the conclusion that Chauvin was in the wrong and racist even before an investigation game. But after an investigation you will see the cops trying to help Floyd, he refused to get out of the car, he said he could not breath while standing up, he was high on drugs and in bad health overall and thus any high stress situation would cause him to have a heart attack. But BLM just jumped to the conclusion that it was injustice and it was only happening to blacks. Well, look at Tony Timpa. With that, even after an investigation you have several things. One, if that is typical police practice then discussions should be considered in changing that. Or with Chauvin being found guilty it does not mean he was a racist. But even at that Floyd is all you have compared to the many times the police were in the right of doing the actions they did. Also, what does destroying private business help?

Being blunt this is where you are wrong. BLM was rioting and vandalizing private businesses that had nothing to do with policing in this nation. How does burning down a Wendy's lead to police reform? Also, BLM riots were going on for months. What happened on Jan. 6th was a one time event. And even at that, it was people angry at our government and they went after the government, not private businesses. As for situations like "justice for George Floyd" or Breonna Taylor, the issue is that BLM is jumping to conclusion on these issues before there is an investigation and a trial. Look at Jakob Blake. There were riots over his shooting where evidence showed he was told by police to stop, he kept walking to his car, he opened his car door and got a knife and then was shot. However, riots started over him in the name of "injustice". BLM are wrong more times than they are correct on these issues, that is why many don't take them seriously. On the George Floyd situation, the knee on the neck look bad. However, he was high on drugs, he was in bad health and thus was at high risk of a heart attack. It does not mean what Derek did was correct. If it was typical police action then you look to change that, not punish Derek. And even if what he did was wrong does not mean it was an act of racism. Look up Tony Timpa, very similar situation. So no, what BLM is doing is not just.

With Jan. 6th is goes beyond conspiracy. Have you ever thought why so many supported Trump? I did not in 2016, I did in 2020. There are many reasons why I supported Trump. One was the liberal elites, or people like you just dismissing others you disagree with and make claims of racism or sexism as opposed to having an actual discussion. Many were sick of the liberal elites politicizing everything, talking down to people they disagreed with, and getting rich screwing over people. Trump had an actual spine as well. He will say something and not apologize and bend the knee at the mob. People are generally pissed off at the federal government, mainly the democrats and leftists in how they act all high and mighty and want to force their way on people. Most want to be left alone but apparently the left can't have that. And their anger was at least directed towards the group they were mad at which was the government and not private businesses. You know nothing of what is going on in these people's minds. They want to be left alone and were irritated of the liberal elites injecting their way on others and calling them stupid. @starkillerclub3755 the left is destroying the nation. Why do you think they have to keep bringing up Trump? It is to mask their failures. If the left actually ran on what they accomplished they will fail as they are failing. In the VA election they brought up Trump as that is all they have and they lost. People moved on from Trump, the left has not as they are destroying our nation. People on the right want to mind their own business and be left alone. The left want to destroy the nation.

@rolandomota6919 that is extreme. Any riot is bad. So months of rioting in many major cities with a lot of property damage being done is not a big deal? But a riot on the capital, that was a one time event, that the only person who died was a rioter is a big deal? And comparing this to 9/11 is sick. How many died in 9/11 on that day and the wars afterwards?

@rolandomota6919 pushing the "election lies" (where there were man irregularities in 2020) does not mean supporting riots. And how many weapons were discharged? What percent had weapons? BLM was not going to overthrow the government? So what is their goal? Burn down private businesses and get nothing done?
