As for the expiring tax cuts on the middle class, Cruz brought it up in a debate with Sanders that the only reason why they did not do that is because democrats said they will filibuster the bill if they did. Sanders did not deny that. Even at that it is 10 years away. We will have a new president and a new congress by then. They can handle it at that point based on the state of the economy. .
