The only ammunition democrats have are appealing to emotions. Gorsuch deserves the job and will probably be one of the best justices of all time.

Brandon Ray, a few things 1. Franken did not present the full case in detail 2. A judges job is to enforce the law, not write it 3. When you look at the situation you have to ask yourself what did the driver do that was wrong? He could have taken actions to prevent this such as a: Read a weather report and not drive at that time of night b: pack blankets c: pack a space heater for backup When you look at how Franken presented himself he is not going to vote for Gorsuch because Franken is as partisan as it gets. How Franken presented himself was in a way that will appeal to his low educated, low intelligent supporters. People who are intelligent and can think critically agree that Franken looked like a fool here. But in the end he is appealing to his low educated voters and that is all that matters.
