This all sounds ridiculous af. The temperature of 30°C, let alone 60°C, is NOT an acceptable environment for the data centers air. They usually are contained at 15~20°C, or all the equipment would die too fast. For silicon microchips, every 10 degrees cut the time before breakdown in half.
So, it's impossible to use heat from the aircooled servers, there are only two acceptable ways:
1. Using the heat from the air conditioning system. But there is nothing in the video saying about that.
2. Using the water cooling systems, connected directly to the heating chips, with the outgoing temperature just about the desired 60°C. But again, nothing in the video is saying a thing about that.
There is no efficient way to "convert" 30°C air or water to 60°C. It would require about the same or larger footprint than heating it directly. So, the whole facility looks like a joke.
