  1. It's a big misconception to say that you have to do something unlawful to get jailed. In reality of a police state all you need to is to fall out of favor with some legal violence operator (e.g. a policeman), or at least with someone who belongs to a privileged caste (e.g. a woman). The laws are only picked for excuses, they are already written to apply to anyone. And even if they actually don't apply, it's disregarded. Simply saying, if they don't like you, they cause you pain. And if you sonehow get privileged enough, you may cause pain to someone you don't like. Laws are just some sort of cargo cult.
