  1. Air conditioners are not named "coolers" because conditioning has a little more to it, like maintaining humidity as well. If you simply cool the 105°F air with about 50% humidity to 82°F, its humidity would jump up above 100% and cause water condensation. So it's important to say how does this building combat dampness.
