"All hearing and all-knowing...all-powerful and all-wise"...no matter how you look at it, they have different meanings meaning they are written differently. If you recite what is not written, then you err. (Of just such wrath) as We sent down on those who divided (Scripture into arbitrary parts),- (So also on such) as have made Qur'an into shreds (as they please). Therefore, by the Lord, We will, of a surety, call them to account, For all their deeds. (Al-Hijr 90-93) There you have it...The Quran has been divided and shred into parts, and not by Allah's command, which is why they will be called to account.

@cinemathemostimportant7717 There's a huge difference between believing and rejecting verses, and shredding the Quran. The direct translation is "Those who have made the Quran (in) parts" الَّذِينَ جَعَلُواْ الْقُرْءَانَ عِضِينَ "(Who have made the Qur'an into parts.) meaning, of different types," (Tafsir ibn Kathir) So this means there are different types of Quran with different meanings. Not me, your sources say so. "those who have reduced the Recitation namely those scriptures revealed to them to parts believing in some and disbelieving in others. It is alternatively said that the individuals meant here were those who ‘divided up’ among themselves the roads to Mecca barring people from Islam. Some of them said that the Qur’ān was sorcery some that it was soothsaying and others that it was poetry." (Tafsir al-Jalalayn) They have reduced the Recitation, meaning what you are reciting now is incomplete, therefore proving the Quran has been shredded. Your sources say so.
