If the man things he behaved in an unjust manner (not sleeping with her because she is still called a VIRGIN), then either they can call it off and it won't be a sin. 3. "If she pass the flower of her age" proves she is still a virgin BEFORE menstruating and thus cannot be married at this age. Unfortunately for you Allah has no such knowledge of Jewish customs, all he can do is to lie against them and have his followers like you make up stories which a lot of id10Ts parrot all over the internet like yourself.
