Angels in the Bible don't have the power to create, therefore God was not speaking to angels when he said "Let us make man..." Even in the Quran there's no verse which says angels aided Allah in creating Adam. All he did was to ask them to prostrate to Adam after he created him, asked them to commit the unforgivable sin of shirk. Siraaj also committed shirk by attributing angels as partners to Allah in creation. It takes a special kind of crazy to be a Muslim.
