  1. I lived with a true psychopath for 8 months. He hid himself until he had me move 1,200 miles away from home to join him, and then revealed his real personality to me the first week I had moved in. I spent the next 7 months scraping up enough money to get away, but not until he had chased me around the house with a butcher knife, threatened to kill me multiple times, then revealed himself to be a drug dealer and a male prostitute. Several years after I moved away, I found out he had murdered someone, but he then died of AIDS. I'm still recovering 20 years later. Therapy helps, but I'll probably have PTSD until the day I die. It's good of you to point such people out so others don't make the same mistake I made!
