Amnesty International Investigation did find that the IDF used Palestinians as Human Shields in the second Intifada. You can still find footage of IDF using Palestinian children as Human Shields in the second Intifada on YT. By the way the Israeli Government and Military have a huge underground bunker called the pit underneath Tel Aviv. That is using Human Shields.
