Netanyahu has always opposed a 2 State Solution. Between 2012-2018, Netanyahu financed Hamas with 1 Billion dollars through Qatar! The money was hand delivered to Hamas by the IDF. Research Netanyahu, Hamas Stronghold! As to when or if he ceased to finance Hamas, based on his statement in 2019 it would appear that he had continued to bolster Hamas!

By the way the half of the population of Gaza are children and mostly under the age of 14! Hamas was Elected in a minority 17 years ago with the backing of Israel. Half of the Palestinians in Gaza were not even born There has not been an Election since! Hamas was created and financed by Israel to do their bidding to create a Political divide between the West Bank and Gaza. In order to push back against the popularity of the moderate PLO which wanted to negotiate for a peaceful 2 State Solution. Israel was not interested in a 2 State Solution! As Netanyahu said in 2019, those who oppose a 2 State Solution must continue to support and finance Hamas! Netanyahu has vehemently always opposed a 2 State Solution!
