  6. Egypt has prepared their hospitals to take thousands of patients from Gaza. 37 hospitals I believe are standing by waiting and hundreds of doctors and nurses are on standby but they are still awaiting Israel to allow the patients to be transferred into Egypt!

  9. Apparently there are no ambulances at Al Shifa to evacuate the patients. How are they supposed to be transported? Also Egypt is prepared to receive thousands of patients from Gaza but they are waiting on Israel to allow these patients into Egypt!
