Israel's Ministry of defence initially claimed responsibility for bombing the hospital and quickly changed their story when they immediately came under world condemnation and also realised they could be tried for War Crimes! The first piece of 'evidence" that Israel produced to show that Hamas had bombed the hospital was a photo of a rocket which appears to have been launched from a cemetery behind the hospital! Problem with that was the film was time stamped 1 hour after the bombing had occurred! So they removed that! Then they showed a piece of footage which showed a rocket apparently being launched from an entirely different direction and location which proved to be footage from 2022. They were falling over themselves with their lies! But they is not unusual for Israel!
