Netanyahu had financed Hamas for years through Qatar In 2019 Netanyahu told his Likud Party that whoever opposes a 2 State Solution must continue to bolster and finance Hamas. Between 2012-2018 Netanyahu funnelled 1 Billion dollars to Hamas through Qatar. Read Netanyahu Hamas Stronghold.

  43. The Palestinian civilians wouldn't have known that Hamas were planning an attack. So they can not be held responsible for it! On the other hand Netanyahu was warned for several days before of the planned attack by Egyptian Intelligence and he chose to ignore it! He is responsible for allowing that attack!
