  3. According to Amnesty International who investigated the claim of Human Shields, Hamas does not use Human Shields! It is Israeli Propaganda. However Amnesty International did discover that the IDF used Palestinian children as Human Shields in the second Intifada and after the Israeli Government was issued with a warning apparently the IDF stopped using Human Shields.
