  2. The third one that was shot but injured who managed to run away wasn't shot accidentally The soldier went to him and the hostage spoke to him in Hebrew but he was shot again at close range. So not accidental.

  4. Well there was apparently writing on the wall saying hostages here. Then the men were stripped naked from the waist up and carrying the White Flags and calling out in Hebrew so there would have been the expectation that the hostages would have been safe. It sounds more like Hamas was releasing them.
