@Spc_1996 Executive branch of the government includes the Prime Minister, Ministers, Chief Ministers. Any elected politician occupying a government office is part of the Executive branch.

@Spc_1996 If Modi and his party are not responsible for government employees taking bribes then what they are in power for? Why is Modi the prime minister of India if he is not responsible for the behaviour of government employees?

@Spc_1996 Modi and his party members are in power and running the government at the centre as well as most states of India. They are responsible for supervision of government employees. This is their job according to the constitution of India.

@Spc_1996 Modi should definitely take responsibility if the village where bribe has been taken is in a state governed by his political party.

@Spc_1996 Chief Minister and Modi are responsible because they are running the government. The clerk and the police are employed by government which is headed by Chief Minister who is working under Modi
