The Russians did not create any Islamic terrorists in Afghanistan. The US created Islamic terrorists to fight the Russians in Afghanistan which have become the proverbial Frankenstein's monster for the US.

@mutschel1 No. I saw their withdrawal live on TV in India when I was a child. I still remember vividly they were orderly and disciplined and did not sneak out like US troops did few days ago without announcement.
