So the elephant gets the right to kill any random human being because of the fault of someone else? Maybe we should learn this from elephants and use it in human society also. No?

@letsthink1991 What I find problematic in your statement is your justification for the elephant charging on any random person just because someone disturbed him.

@letsthink1991 If the elephant owns that land it has to show discretion to continue to own that land otherwise he is liable to be removed by force for his indiscretion.

@letsthink1991 If elephant is not intelligent enough to discriminate then it does not have exclusive ownership right to that land. Any indiscretion on his part makes him eligible to be removed by force from there. Simple.
