  31.  @tolis7411 just a reminder russia was a signatory to minsk and had obligations to 1.Ceasefire but instead it launched a new attack to take the airport 2. hand over border control to Ukraine. it did not 3. allow monitoring by UN. russia refused access 4. withdraw heavy weapons. russia increased heavy weapons 5. a monitored vote. russia brought forward the vote by a month to avoid monitors! WHY??
