You are reciting the twisted kremlin version of events and the comment was "Minsk bought Ukraine valuable time" and not by Poroshenko! That is bought time is NOT a statement of no intention of complying it is a simple fact AFTER the agreement failed due to russian non compliance! Read Minsk and tell me any part that you think russia complied with!
