It has been said again that it was Ukraine that broke MINSK agreements so here are some facts MINSK 1 The president of Ukraine at the time was not Zelensky it was Leonid Kuculma, a russian puppet working ubder kremlin instructions. Part of putins plan to spread discontent in Donbas to support the russian take over Point 1. of the agreement was a ceasefire that didnt happen on either side Point 10 the withdrawal again didnt happen 2nd November DPR and LPR elections violated the agreement Jan 2015 DPR stated Minsk will not be considered in its current form Also Jan 2015 LPR and DPR started new offensive with russian troops that means the MINSK 1 was never in effect as it was broken on day 1 and repeated since MINSK 2 After signing 12th February putin decided to delay ceasefire to allow russian troops to take Debaltseve 13 th Feb russian troops deployed to attack Ukraine around Debaltseve 15 February DPR leader said ceasefire does not apply to Debaltseve area Both sides refused to withdraw while fighting ongoing March 2016 russia moves heavy weapons into Donbas in direct violation Russian militia groups still fighting in Donbas without pause March 2016 hostages agree for release are still held in russia OCT/Nov 2015 illegal elections held by russia in direct violation of agreement these elections postponed repeatedly as a provocation and finally held Nov 2018 21st Feb russia admits DPR and LPR in contravention with MINSK but supports them anyway 22nd Feb putin statement says MINSK no longer exists due to Ukraine genocide in |Donbas UN and other independent investigations find NO evidence against Ukraine but substantial evidence against russia NOV 2018 putin refuses to engage in further talks and imposes his preconditions to peace knowing Ukraine cannot agree As we know since then the International court case at which russia denied ever making claims of genocide and that it was a misunderstanding. THIS MISUNDERSTANDING IS PUTINS MAIN EXCUSE FOR INVADING I hope that clarifies some things
