Only after ruzzias invasion of crimea and Donbas did this bein to change but still Ukraine was majority in favour of friendly relations with ruzzia while maintaining independance. Only after ruzzias full scale invasion did the opinion change in favour of NATO membership! ALL this has been caused by putins new empire plans-NOTHING ELSE!
