And there would be no reason to decline a challenge from a p4p fighter lmao. Also, Marvin Hagler's division was literally filled with hall of famers (Duran, Hearns, Leonard, etc) so there was no reason for him to move up.

Tyson fought Evander Headbuttfield as he was the best competitor atm, Pacquiao fought Barrera who was a known dirty fighter (headbutts and everything), why couldn't GGG do the same?
