Her formula is to guests to "discuss" a point and then shouting them down as soon as they get close to the nub of an argument that does not fit her agenda, but that is getting too old and tired to work for much longer. On top of that, Faux News is in jeopardy. Rupert Murdoch is very old, and his empire is facing a major law suit from Dominion Voting Machines. If Murdoch dies, or of the suit goes against the Murdoch empire, his son Lachlan may decide to cut "controversial" hosts adrift. It happened to Bill O'Reilly the moment he became a liability.

  4. Apropos of "Christian" marriage. If you are a Roman Catholic, then it does not matter what kind of ceremony non-Catholics go through, it is still invalid and the couple - gay or straight - are living in sin. Similarly, as the Southern Baptists have pointed out, Mormons are not truly Christian. Married Mormons, therefore, are merely cohabiting. The real question here is whether somebody else's married status in some way damages your own marriage, and that is pretty well impossible. Let us hope that this confused bigot's constituents vote her out at the next election.

  5. Fascism is forward looking, not reactionary. Fascism aims to build a new order, not go back to some mythical, albeit comparatively recent, "good old days". when nuclear families trooped to church. Fascism does not hop into bed with extreme versions of Protestantism, and fascists themselves tend to be better dressed and better educated than the rabble we see today.
