  4. Today's news was about Wimbledon and the opening of the Portrait Restaurant at the National Portrait Gallery, where you can have a two course lunch for 28 pounds. Last week there was the Glastonbury Festival - so not everybody is starving.

There are refugees and asylum seeks, and the current idiotic Home Secretary has been very good at placing the blame on them, when she herself has spent 140 million on setting up an unworkable, illegal and inhumane "resettlement" programme with Rwanda. The irony is that she keeps insisting that Rwanda is safe, when her own department of state is still accepting asylum applications from Rwandans who fear persecution. Secondly, that same department estimates that the cost of "resettling" a single person would be 169,000 pounds. It would actually be cheaper to simply buy a property and give the applicant to right to work.
