  3. In 2016, Julian Cuddihy murdered his parents with an axe in Cardonagh. In 2022 Patrick Dunne murdered his mother with an axe in Kerry. This year, a woman was murdered with an axe in Dundalk, and its only by the grade of God that her sister was not killed alongside her. Nobody tried to make xenophobic [political capital out of those cases.
